As a provider of the most comprehensive Pole Fitness Instructor Certification Program in Canada, PoleFit Canada continues to be a leader in the Pole Fitness Industry. In an industry that has only been in existence for ten years, it has struggled to set standards, uniformity and to gain conformity. The 16-hour Certification course will set a new standard by which other programs will be judged against.
The course has been approved for six Canfitpro, Canada's largest provider of fitness education, continuing education credits. The credits allow fitness professionals the ability to maintain their designation as a fitness professional while continuing to expand their knowledge base.

The Certification consists of two distinct courses:
1. Pole Fitness Theory Workshop: Based on a 130 page educational manual, students will learn the terminology, safe practice techniques, development of a complete class and its components, and much more.
2. Pole Fitness Practical Day Workshop – Level One and Two. Putting theory into practice, students will spend a full day on the pole learning the exercises and safe adaptations, plus much more.
"The course covers all facets of fitness as it relates to pole fitness including musculoskeletal anatomy and movement. This form of exercise continues to grow and gain popularity as a full body workout on a vertical bar that translates into the development of long / lean muscles, tremendous core strength, and flexibility while rediscovering ones sensuality and feminism." The first course launches on February 4th and 5th at the PoleFit Canada studio in Winnipeg at 2-2609 Portage Avenue.
