Each lesson consists of a warm up , stretching , strength and part technique , dance and floor -work and a part of choreography . After an introduction to pole dancing , you learn the more advanced courses Pole moves, which can be perfected and then joined for a performance. The goal is to achieve in the given routine and movements to develop your own personal style
