Pole-fxs is Wiltshire’s newest combination dance and alternative fitness class. The artistic, & physical expression of pole dancing exercise is now accessible to the everyday woman. The pole dancing studio in Trowbridge features a 400 sq ft area with 5 dance poles, hardwood floor, floor to ceiling mirrors and air conditioning.

The studio offers professional instruction, in an enthusiastic and fun atmosphere. We are based in an easy to find location with ample free car parking. Pole-fxs guarantees you a memorable and fantastic time at the perfect venue for your Private Parties and Hen Nights.

Pole dancing has become a popular form of exercise and art form that is physically challenging, mentally stimulating and emotionally rewarding. The benefits include improved strength, endurance, balance, posture, muscle tone and flexibility, and at the same time promotes a sense of well being and improved self esteem.

Specializing in personalized training on an individual basis or small group setting, classes and workshops are designed to allow for maximised individual progression custom–designed for each client. Pole moves, floor work, and choreography are incorporated into the classes and are broken down into simple, easy to follow steps that anyone can learn regardless of age or size.
