Aviva's pole balance

Aviva did not take her first pole dancing class until the age of 32 she is a certified personal trainer and graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Her teaching started with 3 inverted pole moves and about 4 spins. Now she can do advanced level moves and holds and most of them she can do on both sides of her body as that balance has always been important.

Aviva writes about the fitness, psychological, and experiential aspects of pole. With five years of poling to draw from, teaching and improving her own skills. Aviva covers everything from losing weight to building self esteem, preparing for a performance and rehabilitating injuries.
