My pole factor entry.

I thought it would be good to show you the video of my pole factor performance earlier this month.

I think its helpful to record your routine and watch it back . Along with the judges comments I have made a list of things I need to work on, and hopefully this will better my performance at my next competition, the pole2pole cup final.

And note to myself, make sure you wipe the pole down before you perform :/ Nervous sweaty hands and a slippy pole dont work well together!
