Mr Pole Fitness

This competition is to show that Pole Fitness/Dance is not just made for girls; it is made for men too. It is a challenging sport and art which requires strength and stamina, which is why this competition is great, as it is an opportunity to observe the similarities and differences between the ways in which men may perform in contrast to female pole dancers.

There is a myth that men are naturally stronger than women. Well in this case that is not always true. Pole Fitness looks a lot easier than what it actually is, so we shall see how they handle the Pole on the day!
The competition is in its 2nd year of running and was a very successful fun event last year, and the winner was a French graceful strong male called Keem, who then went on and performed at Miss Pole Dance UK 2009.

The closing date for this competition is the 15th October.

Applications will be available soon. For anyone who wishes to know more information on this event and would like to be considered, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Miss Pole Dance UK Amateur

For those who have been pole dancing for less than 1 year, there are strictly no inverts in this competition and the routine will be judged on performance, quality of moves and artistic flare. There will be awards for best costume, style of routine and best tricks. Last year’s Miss Pole Dance UK Amateur Nikki Fenton will present the winning performance. The closing entering date for this competition is the 15th October.

Applications will be available soon. For anyone who wishes to know more information on this event and would like to be considered, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Miss Pole Fitness UK Semi Pro

In this competition contestants are allowed to invert and do all sorts of tricks. This competition is designed for ladies who are confident in pole dance performing, but feel they need that little bit more practice before entering the professional categories. The competitors will not be allowed to enter this competition if they have competed professionally in Miss Pole Dance UK Singles Category. The routine will again be judged on performance, quality of moves and artistic flare and there will also be awards for best costume, style of routine and best tricks too.

The closing date for this competition is the 15th October.

Applications will be available soon. For anyone who wishes to know more information on this event and would like to be considered, please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
