What is Pole Dancing really all about?

Let’s put aside for a moment the fame, glamour and professionalism of pole and focus on why people opt pole dancing rather than other sports. As a student I have seen women of all shapes, sizes and various ages climb the pole and not one of them leave without feeling having accomplished something. Since I have been going pole dancing lessons I have seen an immense boost in people’s self-esteem and enthusiasm. Everyone is so supportive of each other. What’s most appealing is the atmosphere. No doubt the lessons are enjoyable, time flies by with the light-hearted, friendly atmosphere
It is relaxed, nobody forces anyone to do what they don’t want. You set your own goals, your own limits.

Quote from Natalie who runs her own pole dancing school, “I will always love POLE DANCING and you’re never too old or unfit to learn something new in life…”
