The Pole Studio

I took up pole dancing to get fitter and have fun and after just a few lessons with Sarah bought my own pole. I am now at an advanced level and having regular weekly lessons at The Pole Studio. Sarah's individual skill is phenomenal but what impressed me the most was that despite her knowledge and tricks, she relates so well to her beginner students and is a fantastic teacher. Sarah’s friendly personality creates a fun and relaxed atmosphere. She also organises social events so all her students can get to know each other, and showcase what they have learnt.

Having decided to take up pole dancing as a form of exercise and a bit of fun, I was immediately addicted. Although slightly unsure and intimidated at first, Sarah's welcoming demeanour made us feel at ease, and as a result I have progressed at an alarming rate. Sarah’s private lessons are an excellent way to perfect new tricks and I cannot fault her teaching methods.
