Basic Invert


I invert with the pole to my right side, you can reverse this if you feel better on your left. Hold the pole in the base ball grip at about head height, hands slightly apart, kick up using your outside leg for momentum up to the pole hooking your out side leg over the front of the pole with the back of your ankle then with your inside leg closest to the pole take it behind the pole, then push your thies together, then slide down the pole fro your basic invert.
